We are looking for a motivated and skilled Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for OEM, a global leader and renowned brand in the automotive industry.  

You will be part of an innovative and dynamic environment. 
Responsibilities 

  • Track and analyze supplier activities and monitor deadlines using online tools and communication channels.  

  • Support and lead problem-solving initiatives, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions (e.g., 8D reports).  

  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including FMEA, control plans, and performance evaluations.  

  • Lead or contribute to the development and implementation of quality strategies and procedures.  

Requirements 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for efficient data entry, analysis, and reporting.  

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for clear communication with suppliers and internal teams. 

  • Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA).  

  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, 8D reports, 5 Why analysis).  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and drive solutions.  

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and suppliers.  

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
